How to delete your data
You have two ways to request deletion of your personal data from ZACIO Limited:
Option 1 — Self-service (instant)
Log in to your account, go to Dashboard → Settings, scroll to the “Danger Zone” section, and click Delete My Account. This immediately removes all your data from our systems and revokes your login.
Go to Dashboard →Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to hello@zacio.ie with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, preferences)
- Support conversation history
- Event attendance and personalisation data
- Your login credentials (Clerk identity)
Transactional records (ticket orders) may be retained for up to 7 years to meet Irish financial record-keeping obligations, but will be anonymised where possible.
